This book includes the stories of twelve lives, many of them broken at some point told by the protagonists to Esmeralda Berbel and then sifted by the author’s literary talent without losing their authenticity and the truth. These stories demonstrate the fine line between success and failure, between desolation and the will to live. Raw, sincere lives that will leave the reader moved.
